How it works

Predefined image packages enable photoshoots to get done easily and quickly, while setting clear expectations on deliverables and cost. In most cases this will result in an easy, predictable and successful process for our clients as well as photographer providers.

Order and set-up

Choose your package, confirm the details and we bring in the right photographer.

Select photo packages: Pick package types from drop down choices and select from additional options.
Confirm shoot details and pay: Client will confirm the location, date/time, package and other expected deliverables, and provide payment authorization.
100% refund for any cancellations that are more than 48 hours in advance of the shoot.
Coordinate with the photographer: Phocus.io issues invitations to pre-vetted professional photographers in the area and confirms the date, time and shoot details with the client.

The photo shoot

The photographer works to the package, then you pick the images you want.

Photo shoot: Photographer will do photographs based on package and selected options.
Review and select photos: Low resolution preview copies of photos will be online at the Phocus.io site.
Client will select photos for final copies.
Final delivery: Selected photos will be post-processed, and available for download.

Completion

You rate the result, and payment is released once you have your photos.

Feedback and ratings: Client can provide comments and ratings on the photographer and on completed photos. You can tell us if you had a good experience, with good results, or if you didn’t.
Approval and payment: Photographer will be paid after the client receives photos, and when client payment is confirmed.
Satisfaction with results: If the client doesn’t believe deliverables meet their expectations, Phocus.io will manage a resolution process with the photographer.
