You will be able to view low-resolution preview copies of photos within 24 hours of the photo shoot.
Final copies will be post processed and available within 3 days of your final selection.
You do. Once final photos are selected, and paid for, you will have unrestricted rights to use these photos. You do not have to worry about these photos being used elsewhere.
With your permission, Phocus.io and the photographer may use copies of these pictures to provide examples on the Phocus.io website and the photographer’s site of work done. If you do not provide such permission, these photos will not be used.
Not without your permission. We will respect your choice to share or keep your photos private. Photos that you see on our site have been authorized to be shared.
You can indicate that your photos may be displayed by Phocus.io and your photographer when you check out and provide feedback on your shoot, otherwise they will be kept private. Such permission to display these photos does not include or imply permission for any other commercial use or reuse of these photos.
Final selected photos will be post processed, and will be available in a zip file for download. These will be high resolution at 300 dpi (3300 x 2200 px).
48 hours or more: 100% refund if more than 48 hours in advance of the shoot.
24 to 48 hours: 50% refund or 75% credit for a future shoot.
Less than 24 hours: 75% credit for a future shoot.
If you know you will be delayed, let the photographer know; they may be able to reschedule or extend their time. But be aware that photographers may have other engagements scheduled after your shoot. If the start is delayed, photographers may not be able to stay.
Yes, if the photographer is available. Photographers will do photographs based on selected packages and options within the Scope of Work (SOW).
Changes to the SOW need to be authorized by the client by entering changes into the Phocus.io system. The photographer will perform the expanded SOW if able, but may have conflicting time commitments.
No, our process of using predefined packages is not well suited to the flexibility and innovation that couples and their photographers bring to wedding events.
You can enter a special request for a wedding photographer, and we can connect you with Phocus.io photographers in your desired location so you can make your own arrangements with them.
