- Select photo packages: pick package types and any additional options.
- Confirm shoot details and pay: location, date and time, package and expected deliverables.
- 100% refund for any cancellation more than 48 hours before the shoot.
- We issue invitations to pre-vetted professional photographers in your area.

The photo shoot
The photographer works to the package, then you pick the images you want.
- The photographer shoots based on your package and selected options.
- Low resolution previews appear online in your Phocus.io account.
- You select the photos you want as final copies.
- Selected photos are post-processed and made available for download.

Completion
You rate the result, and payment is released once you have your photos.
- Leave comments and ratings on the photographer and the finished photos.
- The photographer is paid after you receive the photos and payment is confirmed.
- If the deliverables do not meet expectations, we manage a resolution process.
